All orders are subject to product availability.
Once an order is placed a temporary authorization will be placed on your card. When the order is confirmed and prepared for shipment, it is at this point the funds will be taken from your card you will therefore be unable to make any changes/ cancelations to this order once this has occurred.
Once order is confirmed and prepared for shipment, delivery charges are non-refundable.
Failed deliveries (no signatory present) will still be liable for the delivery charge.
When placing orders, kindly ensure that someone will be at the address stated to receive delivery.
You will be contacted by the delivery driver to let you know that the order is on its way to you.
